Isaiah 19:10-12

¹⁰ And ^[a]the ^(A)pillars of Egypt will be crushed;
All the hired laborers will be grieved in soul.

¹¹ The princes of ^[b](B)Zoan are mere fools;
The advice of Pharaoh’s wisest advisers has become ^[c]stupid.
How can you men say to Pharaoh,
“I am a son of the ^(C)wise, a son of ancient kings”?
¹² Well then, where are your wise men?
Please let them tell you,
And let them ^[d]understand what the Lord of hosts
Has ^(D)purposed against Egypt.
